Cancellation and Data Protection Policy
Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all patients. If we do not receive 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment either via phone call or text message then unfortunately, we will be unable to re-book until a 50% charge has been paid to cover our losses.
We understand that things can happen that might be out of your control as a company we are understanding and can assure you that we will be entirely sympathetic in urgent circumstances. But we do ask you for your understanding that anything less than urgent will be charged to help out our small business.
By using our service and providing your details on our booking system you give permission for your data to be stored and processed for the purpose of establishing contact and understand that consent can be revoked at any time if requested.
